1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or making a booking with MyPrettyHolidays — whether online, by phone, by email, or through WhatsApp — you ("the traveller", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are booking on behalf of other travellers, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf and that you accept responsibility for ensuring they are aware of and agree to these terms.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all packages, custom itineraries, hotel bookings, transport services, visa assistance, and any other travel-related service provided by MyPrettyHolidays.
2. Services Offered
MyPrettyHolidays provides a range of travel and holiday services, including but not limited to:
- Tour Packages: Pre-designed domestic and international holiday packages covering accommodation, transport, sightseeing, and meals as specified in the itinerary.
- Custom Itineraries: Bespoke travel plans designed to your specific requirements, travel dates, budget, and preferences, curated by our travel advisors.
- Visa Assistance: Guidance and support for visa applications, including document checklists, appointment scheduling, and application submission support for eligible destinations. Visa assistance is provided as a facilitation service only (see Section 7).
- Hotel & Accommodation Bookings: Reservation of hotels, resorts, houseboats, and other accommodation on your behalf.
- Transport Arrangements: Air, rail, road, and water-based transport coordination including airport transfers, cab services, and cruise or houseboat bookings.
- Activity & Sightseeing Bookings: Guided tours, adventure activities, cultural experiences, and other sightseeing arrangements.
The specific services included in your booking will be detailed in your booking confirmation and itinerary document.
3. Booking & Payment
3.1 Booking Process
A booking is initiated when you submit an enquiry or package request through our website, phone, email, or WhatsApp. Our travel advisors will then prepare a personalised quotation. The booking is considered confirmed only when:
- You have received a written booking confirmation from MyPrettyHolidays, and
- The required advance payment has been received and cleared.
Verbal confirmations, enquiry submissions, or quotation reviews do not constitute a confirmed booking.
3.2 Advance Payment
To confirm your booking and secure availability, an advance deposit is required. The advance amount will be clearly specified in your quotation and typically ranges from 25% to 50% of the total package cost, depending on the destination, travel dates, and services booked. Some bookings may require a higher deposit or full payment upfront, particularly for peak season travel, international packages, or where our service partners mandate full pre-payment.
3.3 Balance Payment
The balance of the total package cost must be paid in full at least 15 days before the departure date, unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation. For certain packages, earlier payment deadlines may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to make the balance payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without a refund of the advance deposit.
3.4 Payment Methods
Payments may be made by bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, credit or debit card (via our secure payment gateway), or in person at our office. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.5 Booking Confirmation
Upon receipt of your advance payment, we will issue a booking confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp, detailing your itinerary, services included, total cost, balance due, and payment deadline. Please review your confirmation carefully and notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.
4. Pricing
- All prices quoted are per person unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Prices are based on current rates from hotels, airlines, and transport providers and are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
- Prices are valid only for the travel dates and group size specified in the quotation.
- For unsaved or unconfirmed bookings (i.e., quotations not yet confirmed with an advance payment), prices may change without notice due to fluctuations in supplier rates, fuel surcharges, currency exchange rates, government taxes, or seasonal demand.
- Quoted prices are inclusive of the services listed in the itinerary. Items not listed — including personal expenses, tips, travel insurance, visa fees, excess baggage charges, optional activities, and meals not specified — are not included unless explicitly stated.
- GST and other applicable government taxes are included in the quoted price unless stated otherwise. Any new or increased taxes imposed by authorities after the booking confirmation will be charged additionally.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors in quotations. If an error is discovered before booking confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel without penalty.
5. Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your booking, cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days before your scheduled departure date on which we receive written notice of cancellation (by email or in writing). All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to sales@myprettyholidays.com.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days of cancellation confirmation, to the original payment method. MyPrettyHolidays does not charge a separate administrative cancellation fee over and above the percentages listed above.
Cancellation policies for individual components (e.g., flights, specific hotels) booked as part of your package may differ from the above and will be governed by the respective supplier's terms, which will be communicated to you where applicable.
6. Amendments & Changes
6.1 Changes Requested by You
You may request changes to your confirmed booking (such as change of travel dates, room type, or itinerary components) by contacting us in writing. All amendment requests are subject to availability and the policies of the relevant hotels, airlines, and service providers. An amendment fee of ₹500 per person per change may apply, in addition to any supplier-imposed fees or fare differences. We will communicate the total cost of any amendment before processing it.
6.2 Changes Made by Us
While we make every effort to deliver your package exactly as confirmed, we reserve the right to make minor alterations to your itinerary (e.g., substitution of a listed hotel with one of equivalent or higher category, or change of transport timings) where circumstances beyond our control make this necessary. We will notify you of any such changes as soon as possible. If a significant change is required, you will be given the option to accept the alternative arrangements or cancel with a full refund.
7. Travel Documents & Visa
7.1 Your Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of each traveller to ensure they hold all necessary and valid travel documents, including:
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond the return travel date (or as required by the destination country).
- Valid visas, entry permits, or Electronic Travel Authorisations (ETAs) for all countries to be visited, including transit countries.
- Any health-related documents required for travel (e.g., vaccination certificates, medical fitness clearances).
- Proof of return travel, accommodation bookings, or sufficient funds, where required by immigration authorities.
7.2 Visa Assistance
MyPrettyHolidays offers visa assistance as a facilitation service — we assist in compiling required documentation, completing application forms, and submitting applications where possible. However:
- Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective government or embassy. We make no guarantee of visa approval.
- We are not liable for visa rejections, delays, or complications arising from incomplete documentation, prior travel history, or other factors beyond our control.
- Visa fees paid to embassies or consulates are non-refundable, regardless of approval outcome.
- In the event of a visa rejection, our standard cancellation policy (Section 5) will apply. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers visa rejection.
8. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers booking with MyPrettyHolidays. We advise you to obtain a comprehensive travel insurance policy that covers, at a minimum:
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Medical emergencies and hospitalisation abroad
- Medical evacuation and repatriation
- Loss or theft of baggage and personal belongings
- Visa rejection (where applicable)
- Flight delays and missed connections
Travel insurance is not included in any MyPrettyHolidays package unless it is explicitly listed as an inclusion in your booking confirmation. MyPrettyHolidays is not responsible for any costs, losses, or claims that could have been covered by a travel insurance policy.
9. Force Majeure
MyPrettyHolidays shall not be liable for any failure to perform, delay in performance, or cancellation of services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, cyclones, landslides, volcanic eruptions)
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies declared by government or international health authorities
- War, civil unrest, terrorism, or political instability
- Government travel bans, border closures, or entry restrictions
- Airline groundings, strikes, or widespread transport disruptions
- Extreme weather conditions that render travel unsafe
In the event of a force majeure situation, we will endeavour to:
- Notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of the situation and its impact on your booking.
- Offer to reschedule your travel to alternative dates at no amendment fee, subject to availability.
- Provide a credit note for the value of your booking, valid for future travel.
Where rescheduling or credit is not feasible or acceptable, any refund will be limited to amounts recoverable from our service providers, minus non-refundable costs already incurred. We are not liable for any additional expenses you may incur as a result of a force majeure event, including costs of alternative accommodation, transport, or repatriation.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance covering force majeure scenarios, particularly for international travel.
10. Liability Limitations
MyPrettyHolidays acts as a travel intermediary and organiser, coordinating services provided by independent hotels, airlines, transport operators, activity providers, and other third parties ("Suppliers"). While we exercise care in selecting reputable Suppliers, we are not liable for:
- Any act, omission, default, or negligence of any Supplier, their employees, or agents.
- Any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience caused by or resulting from any Supplier's services or facilities.
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines.
- Overbooking by hotels or accommodation providers.
- Losses arising from theft, accident, or natural causes during travel.
- Any failure to obtain or delays in obtaining visas, permits, or documentation.
- Events beyond our control (see Section 9: Force Majeure).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to MyPrettyHolidays for the relevant services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our direct negligence.
11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any agreement arising from them are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India, with specific reference to the laws of the State of Kerala.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your booking, these Terms, or any breach thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. Please direct any complaint or concern in writing to:
If a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kochi (Ernakulam), Kerala, India. Both parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
